Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available and takes 2-3 business days. International orders may take 10-14 business days depending on the destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your account under Order History.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like personalized products are final sale.
Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Start Return." You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Products & Sizing
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that item. You can also find our general size guide in the footer. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
