Watch Surplus accepts returns on eligible items. Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. Prior to accepting any return, our customer service team must verify eligibility through photos and documentation.
Return Requirements
To qualify, items must be:
- Completely unused and unaltered
- In original new condition
- Include all packaging, boxes, stickers, tags and paperwork
- Security tags must remain attached
- Straps must show no signs of removal and wear
- Bracelets must be unmarked, and have no adjustments or sizing
Non-Returnable Items
- Special ordered watches
- Sized bracelets
- Removed security tags
- Items showing wear
- Items marked as Final Sale
Fees
- Incomplete returns: Up to 25% restocking fee
- Financed purchases over $5,000: $500 fee
- Returns submitted after 7 days may only qualify for store credit
Return Process
- Submit request: custserv@watchsurplus.com
- Provide photos for eligibility review
- Await return authorization
- Ship using provided label within 5 days of authorization
- Allow 15 business days for inspection and processing
Note: We monitor return patterns and may decline shipping labels for excessive returns.
Defective Items – Contact us immediately with photos. Brand approval required for claims outside return window.
